The main areas of intervention of the study are tax and corporate advice, the exercise of supervisory functions, auditing, internal auditing, assistance activities in crisis situations and corporate restructuring, tax representation of foreign companies.
The accounting firm offers its customers assistance on tax, taxation, administrative and corporate matters, dealing in particular with advice to companies and individuals, strategy and tax planning, company formation, tax obligations and advice on direct and indirect taxes.
The areas of interest in this regard are the organization of the accounting system, the keeping of accounts (ordinary or simplified), the establishment of the budget, inspections and administrative checks, the services of company appraisal and evaluation, support for extraordinary mergers, corporate splits, contributions, transformations, etc., and corporate relationships in general.
The accounting firm also provides its own professionalism at the service of entrepreneurs and professionals, to help them in identifying the strategies and the organization most responsive to business needs, and also regularly updating them on regulatory innovations.
We take care of management control through a timely and independent analysis of company results by offering the entrepreneur and public or private bodies the discussion in a simple and immediate way of the development and critical management areas of his company.
We carry out supervisory activities (board of statutory auditors), audit of the annual accounts, analysis of the accounting management procedures, congruity opinions as professionals registered with the Association of Certified Accountants and Tax Advisors and as auditors registered in the register of auditors at the Ministry of Finance.
We provide support in matters of administrative responsibility of legal persons, companies and associations also without legal personality by acting as a member of the Supervisory Board, with supervisory and control functions in order to be effective, the functioning and compliance of the companies’ organizational model (d. lgs 231/01).
Based on the experience gained by its professionals, the accounting firm offers internal auditing advice to analyse and improve the company’s internal control processes to increase efficiency and create value.
