Giorgio Razzoli
Areas of activity and experience
He advises companies in tax and corporate matters and holds positions of judicial commissioner and liquidator in Italian pre-insolvency proceedings (the former being an assistant to the judge appointed to coordinate and oversee the insolvency proceedings, the latter being appointed by the court to sell off the insolvent company’s assets).
He has also held the positions and likewise has acted as receiver in bankruptcy proceedings before the Court of Modena. He has also accrued significant experience in governance and internal control issues through his roles as director and auditor for various listed companies.
He holds the position of member of supervisory bodies ex. dlgs 231/01 and auditor.
Training
He graduated from the University of Modena with honours, obtaining a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Studies, and is registered with the Association of Certified Accountants and Tax Advisors of Modena – No. 459 Section A. He has worked as a statutory auditor since 1995.

Cecilia Bagatti
Areas of activity and experience
He advises companies in tax and corporate matters to companies and private individuals and carries out professional training activities in budgetary and accounting management.
She holds positions of judicial liquidator in Italian pre-insolvency proceedings (being appointed by the court to sell off the insolvent company’s assets). She has also held the positions and likewise has acted as receiver in bankruptcy proceedings before the Court of Modena.
Training
She graduated from the University of Modena with honours, obtaining a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Studies, and is registered with the Association of Certified Accountants and Tax Advisors of Modena – No. 380 Section A. He has worked as a statutory auditor since 1995.
