  • Data subjects shall be granted the rights set out in Articles. 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable.
  • In particular, data subjects may ask the Data Controller for access to the Data, correction of inaccurate Data, integration of incomplete Data, deletion of Data, as well as limitation of processing in cases provided by art. 18 of the GDPR.
  • The data subjects have the right to object at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of data necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
  • In addition, the persons concerned in the cases provided for in art. 20 GDPR for the exercise of the right to portability, have the right to receive in a structured format, in common use and readable from automatic device the Data provided to the Owner, and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another holder without hindrance.
  • Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent at any time for marketing and/or profiling purposes, as well as to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing. The possibility remains firm for the interested person who prefers to be contacted for the said purpose exclusively through traditional methods, to manifest his opposition only to the reception of communications through automated modalities.
  • Data subjects shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State where they are habitually resident or working or in the State where the alleged infringement occurred).
