Information on the processing of personal data of site visitors pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Introduction
According to’art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”), we provide you with information on the processing of personal data concerning you (“DATA”), collected through the navigation of the site, carried out by Studio Razzoli & Associati STP Snc;
Data controller and data protection officer
Purpose and legal basis of processing. The navigation data are collected automatically in an exclusively aggregated form in order to verify the proper functioning of the site, derive anonymous statistical information and for safety reasons. It is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but that by their very nature could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. For security purposes (antispam filters, firewalls, virus detection), automatically recorded data may also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or in any case harmful or criminal activities and to ascertain their liability; may then be made available to the competent authorities.
Purpose and legal basis of processing. The identification data, contact data and any details of the request, necessary to be able to manage the requests expressed by the data subjects through the filling in the form, are processed.
Give it up. The provision of data is voluntary; Failure to send personal data may make it impossible to obtain any services and/or information requested.
Field of communication. The data are processed by duly authorised and trained data processors and third parties appointed as data controllers, ensuring the maximum protection of their confidentiality, operating in full compliance with Regulation 2016/679/EU, and only for the purposes stated in this policy. Personal data will not be disseminated. They will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
Period of data retention. The data shall be kept for an unlimited period unless otherwise indicated by the person concerned.
- Data subjects shall be granted the rights set out in Articles. 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable.
- In particular, data subjects may ask the Data Controller for access to the Data, correction of inaccurate Data, integration of incomplete Data, deletion of Data, as well as limitation of processing in cases provided by art. 18 of the GDPR.
- The data subjects have the right to object at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of data necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
- In addition, the persons concerned in the cases provided for in art. 20 GDPR for the exercise of the right to portability, have the right to receive in a structured format, in common use and readable from automatic device the Data provided to the Owner, and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another holder without hindrance.
- Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent at any time for marketing and/or profiling purposes, as well as to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing. The possibility remains firm for the interested person who prefers to be contacted for the said purpose exclusively through traditional methods, to manifest his opposition only to the reception of communications through automated modalities.
- Data subjects shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State where they are habitually resident or working or in the State where the alleged infringement occurred).
- These rights can be exercised, by registered mail or PEC, at the address of the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer
